Our 1/2 Steer option is the most popular because many people split with a family member or friend to take advantage of the discount from a quarter steer.
With the half and full options we can do custom cuts to your liking, and also box it up accordingly if you are splitting with a friend.
1/4, and half options are divided as equal as we can with the cuts that are included.
There are some cuts that are only 1 per steer so we will divide everything as equal as possible.

We also list additional items you can get out of your ground beef such as hotdogs, brats, jerky, fajita meat, and more!
